Fees for psychological and supervision services will be advised prior to or at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time.
 

Payment is required in accordance with the payment arrangements advised by Room For You Psychology. You remain responsible for payment of fees associated with services provided to you, including where a third-party rebate or claim is unavailable or declined.
 

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
 

Our current cancellation policy and any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated when you commence services and/or at the time of booking. Cancellation fees are generally not eligible for Medicare or private health insurance rebates.
 

If Room For You Psychology needs to cancel an appointment, you will not be charged and we will endeavour to offer an alternative appointment where possible.
 

Medicare, Private Health and Third-Party Rebates

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate, private health insurance benefit or funding through another third party for some services.
 

Eligibility and rebate amounts depend on your individual circumstances, referral and/or funding arrangements. It is your responsibility to confirm your eligibility with the relevant organisation.
 

Where Room For You Psychology assists with submitting a claim on your behalf, we cannot guarantee that the claim will be accepted or that a particular rebate will be paid. You remain responsible for the full cost of services provided where a claim or rebate is declined.
